Minimus Products is a supplement co-packer in Newbury Park, California. We package powdered, liquid, and particulate supplements for emerging and growing brands, with a general project minimum of $2,500 and the ability to scale as your sales grow.

Supplement formats we package

  • Powders such as protein, greens, collagen, electrolyte, and pre-workout blends, filled into jars, tubs, stand-up pouches, single-serve sachets, and stick packs.
  • Liquid supplements, filled into bottles.
  • Particulates and mixed-texture products, filled with our multi-lane weigh filler.

We have a ribbon blender for powder blends. If your supplement needs a format or piece of equipment we do not have yet, ask. We have added capabilities alongside our customers before.

Built for emerging supplement brands

Large supplement manufacturers often require very large minimum orders. We focus on small and medium runs, so a first production run, a new flavor, or a sample run is normal for us. Pricing is per unit, with setup and cleanup built in, and every job is quoted individually. Read how our minimums work.

We can source componentry for you (labels, pouches, jars, bottles, sachet film, and boxes) and supply die-line files for your designer. Warehousing and fulfillment are available through our sister company, Minimus Fulfillment, about a mile away.

Do you package supplements under my brand?

Yes. You keep ownership of your formula and brand, and we sign an NDA on nearly every job.

What is the minimum for a supplement run?

Our general minimum is $2,500 per project. Runs on fully automated equipment, such as sachets and stick packs, usually start at 10,000 units. Semi-automated fills such as jars and bottles can run smaller quantities.

Can you blend my supplement powder?

Yes. We have a ribbon blender for powders and can fill the blend into your chosen format.

Can you package organic or gluten-free supplements?

Yes. We are CCOF certified organic. For gluten-free labeled products, a third-party lab tests incoming ingredients and finished goods to confirm gluten is below 20 parts per million.

Do I need my own product liability insurance?

Yes. Minimus carries general liability insurance, and brands carry their own product liability insurance for their products.
